This is a temp position for 1 year to support HR team during maternity leave.

Main Responsibilities工作職責:

1. Responsible for recruitment and support the needs of business departments.負責(ze)招聘工作,支持業務部門需求(qiu)。

2. Process HR-related reports and system operation.處(chu)理HR相關的報(bao)表及(ji)系統操作。

3. Assist in company’s training course for employee’s growth.協助公(gong)司(si)培訓課程的開展。

4. Assist administrative affairs and activities organize.支持行政相關工作(zuo)及活動的組(zu)織開(kai)展。

5. Support other things assigned by manager.上級領(ling)導交辦的其(qi)他事項。

Main Requirements崗位需求:

1. Bachelor’s degree major in human resources and English level 4 or relevant.??本科學歷, 人力資源(yuan)相關專業(ye)及英語四級(ji)優先(xian)。

2. 5 years’ working experience with 2 years’ in recruiting and interviews.五(wu)年年以上工作經(jing)驗,含(han)2年招聘和面試的(de)經(jing)驗。

3. Proactive, quick to learn, passionate for people and new tasks.積(ji)極主(zhu)動、學習(xi)能力強,且對(dui)人和新的任務有(you)熱情和興趣(qu)。

4. Customer focus with service mindset and good communication skill.客戶(hu)導向(xiang),有服務意識,善于溝通。

5. Good operating of office software.熟(shu)悉(xi)操作辦公(gong)軟(ruan)件。
